By using RR Co-Working's services — including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and virtual office plans — you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• Memberships are available to individuals, freelancers, startups, and businesses.
• Plans include: Hot Desk (₹3,000/- onwards), Dedicated Desk (₹3,500/- onwards), Private Cabin (₹10,000/- onwards) and Virtual Office (₹10,000/- onwards).
• A two-months refundable security deposit with six months lock-in is required for all plans excluding virtual office plans.
• Membership is non-transferable and personal to the registered member.

• Membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Late payments beyond 10th of every month may result in temporary suspension of access.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

• Members must provide a minimum of 1 month written notice before terminating their membership.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after the membership ends/lock-in completion, subject to any dues or damages.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
• Day-pass purchases are non-refundable.

• Members have 24/7 biometric access to the facility as per their plan.
• Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Members are responsible for keeping their workspace clean and tidy.
• Personal lockers must be vacated upon membership termination.

Members and visitors are expected to:

• Maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Avoid disruptive behavior including loud phone calls in shared areas.
• Not engage in activities that are illegal, offensive, or harmful to others.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members.
• Not solicit or market to other members without prior consent.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

RR Co-Working does not claim ownership of any work created by members within our premises. Members are responsible for protecting their own intellectual property. We expect all members to respect the confidentiality of other members' business information.

• RR Co-Working is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property on premises.
• Members use the facility at their own risk. We are not liable for any business losses or damages.
• We reserve the right to temporarily close the facility for maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

• High-speed internet is provided for business use only.
• Illegal downloading, streaming of unauthorized content, or use that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
• RR Co-Working reserves the right to monitor network usage for security purposes.

• Members may bring guests into common areas with prior intimation to the reception.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
• Overnight stays at the facility are not permitted.

RR Co-Working reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notice at the facility. Continued use of the facility after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
